Travel Agent

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Travel Agent – Voorhees Office; 37.50 hours per week and some Saturdays required.   This role will:

• Assist clients and members with planning and selling available travel products and services. Makes travel reservations.
• Researches destinations, prepares quotes and makes travel reservations. Advises members of options and answers questions
• Meets or exceeds quarterly travel sales goal.
• Builds relations with clients/members.
• Promote and sell AAA products and services, including memberships.
• And other duties as assigned.

The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in travel sales.  Additionally the candidate must have excellent customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills.  Must have the ability to sell leisure retail travel and knowledge of the travel reservation process. Strong PC skills including Windows and Windows based programs are required.  The ability to work after hours and on weekends is needed.
