A Terrific Experience

I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience I had when the gentleman from roadside assistance came to my house today. Though the weather today was horrible, the man who helped me was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and he got my car started easily without having to have it towed to the dealership! He let me know about a particular quirk my car seems to have and talked me through the steps to take the next time my car experiences the same issue.  I was thrilled with the service I received and though I did not get his name, I wanted to let you know what a terrific experience I had and what a terrific person you have working for you in roadside assistance.

Bob’s the Best!

Please tell your phone representative “Bob” who handled my distress call on Friday, Nov. 25, that I deeply appreciate the courteous, efficient and thorough way he handled by plight. In all my years as a member, I have never had to use road service, but I surely would recommend AAA to everyone!

I want to tell you about an experience I had a few weeks ago.  I was at work at a therapy clinic and I overheard a patient telling one of the therapists how valuable she found her AAA membership and recognized the excellence of the roadside assistance. I said that’s great, but I can one up her on the battery assistance program and its competitive rates. She said “ I can do better” and mentioned the fun she had on one of the excursions. I countered with the car rental and hotel discounts that I used on my last trip.  It was quite amusing to see us bragging about our AAA membership in front of a clinic full of people who also got a good laugh. Good job guys!!
