AAA South Jersey Collecting Goods For Those Displaced By Millville Fire

Items can be dropped off at AAA South Jersey’s Millville branch, located at 2132 North 2nd Street in the Union Lake Crossing shopping center, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. \n

MILLVILLE, N.J. (April 14, 2025) – AAA South Jersey extends its deepest condolences to those affected by the unimaginable tragic fire in Millville on April 9. The fire left two young girls dead and more than 20 people displaced.

AAA South Jersey is partnering with the American Red Cross to help those displaced. We are collecting goods for those who lost everything.

According to the Red Cross, gift cards are the most needed items but toiletries, activities for children, and clothing donations are also encouraged.

All items will be delivered to the Red Cross the week of April 21 to distribute to the families impacted by the fire.

Recommended donations include:

  • ShopRite gift cards
  • Target gift cards
  • Wawa gift cards
  • Visa gift cards
  • Various toiletries
  • Kids toys
  • Coloring books
  • Clothing

Items can be dropped off at any of AAA South Jersey’s three locations:

Voorhees: 700 Laurel Oak Road
Millville: 2132 North 2nd Street in the Union Lake Crossing shopping center
Sewell: 380 Egg Harbor Road, Suite C8 and C9

All offices are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Donors can also bring items to AAA South Jersey’s Millville grand opening event on Saturday, April 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Additionally, AAA South Jersey will be collecting donations from associates. All donations will be matched by the company.
