Baseball Is Back: Join Our Phillies Motorcoach Trips

I recently had the pleasure of visiting iconic ballparks such as Citi Field, Orioles Park at Camden Yards, Yankee Stadium, and Fenway Park on motorcoach trips with AAA South Jersey. These are ballparks that I had either not seen in a very long time or never had attended before. These away game motorcoach trips are truly a bucket list experience for any ballpark junkie, offering a great opportunity to check off legendary stops. At Fenway Park, we got to be on the field for batting practice, which was a unique experience! Specifically for New York, driving can be quite hectic, and I prefer not to drive there. My days of taking the train, linking the subway, and taking the Long Island Railroad are over, so I opted for the comfort of a motorcoach trip with my wife and daughter. This approach removed the stress of navigating heavy traffic, dealing with parking troubles, and having to arrange complex train and subway transfers, especially while traveling with a 7-year-old.
It was fun to travel with other Phillies fans as a group, especially in a rival ballpark. It felt less isolating and the opponent’s fans around us were not belligerent towards us. We actually had some friendly conversations with the locals instead! There were also some fans of the Yankees and Mets on those ballpark trips. We all had some friendly banter and teased one another, but all got along great! While it is a group trip, there’s still independence. You do not have to stick together once you get into the ballpark. You can go off on your own, walk around all you want, or get whatever food you want. We typically meet up at the same place we got dropped off, unless the AAA Travel Advisor accompanying the trip has an update from the driver, or the driver had to move. Overall, traveling on a motorcoach trip to see Phillies away games has been a fun, comfortable, and stress-free experience!
