Room location upgrade is not available on upper/lower, obstructed, and cove categories. Some balcony/ocean view staterooms have obstructed views. Carnival reserves the right to withdraw and/or change the offer at any time without prior notice. Early Saver price protection is inclusive of all required Cruise Charges and Government Taxes & Fees listed on your original invoice and all requests for price protection will be subject to the current prevailing Total Cruise Price which includes the Cruise Fare, Required Cruise Fees & Expenses, and all Government Taxes & Fees. The Early Saver Fare is backed by a unique price protection policy (only available to bookings made in USD currency) that allows you to adjust your Total Cruise Price including Government Taxes & Fees from your original invoice to the best current available Total Cruise Price including Government Taxes & Fees for a like category stateroom (no downgrades allowed) as advertised by Carnival and available to the general public. Carnival will honor your request for price protection only if the reduction on the total amount paid for your booking results from a lower advertised amount of Total Cruise Price. Booked ancillary services including, but not limited to, vacation protection, air, transfers, and pre-paid gratuities are not included in this price protection and Guest will be responsible for any increases to any and all such ancillary services, resulting from changes to ship and/or sail date, or adjustments to cruise charges resulting from Guest’s request for price protection. Early Saver price protection does not apply to group rates, membership programs, charters, select promotional fares, travel agent rebates, or other travel agent promotions not offered by Carnival to the general public.
